Who is responsible
Voder Studio EOOD operates this website and handles enquiries about its services. Our studio is at 11 Tsar Asen I Street, Sofia, Bulgaria. Use the contact details below for questions about your personal data.
Information and purposes
When you call or email us about an appointment or a voucher, we receive the contact information and message you choose to provide. We use this to respond, arrange the requested service and handle payment or accounting records where required. The website has no customer account or card-payment form. Please do not include medical records or unnecessary sensitive information in general enquiries.
Hosting and image-delivery providers receive technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request details. Optional visitor statistics through Vercel Web Analytics are activated only after you accept them in Privacy settings.
The embedded Google Maps map loads only when you select “Load interactive map”. This connects your browser to Google, sharing your IP address and browser information; Google may use cookies under its own privacy policy. The map choice is separate from optional analytics and applies only to the current map. You can return to the static image with “Show map image”.
Grounds for processing
We use enquiry and booking information to take steps at your request and provide the agreed service; accounting records may be required by law. Necessary technical processing supports our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Optional analytics depend on your consent. You can decline them without losing access to our services.
Service providers and retention
The website uses Vercel for hosting and optional visitor statistics, and external image delivery. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate statistics without tracking cookies. We do not use advertising or session-recording tools. Google receives technical information if you choose to load the interactive map. Email, telephone and bank-transfer services process communications or payments through their own systems. Providers may process information outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
Enquiry and booking information is kept for the time needed to handle the request, provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record; contact us for details about a particular record. Your website consent preference is valid for 180 days, unless you change it or clear browser storage sooner.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw optional tracking consent through Privacy settings at the bottom of any page. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send privacy requests to the email below. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we may need a way to contact you to arrange a requested service. The website does not automatically decide whether you may book a treatment.
